The Why
The Leadwell Institute exists to create a new paradigm that brings humanity, voice, representation, and inspiration to leadership. This requires a revolution that involves allowing each individual to bring their whole selves and their best selves to the work that they do, regardless of title. Not doing so leaves out the most critical element of leadership, authenticity.
The How
The Institute’s empowerment cycle takes people beyond a survival mindset to a place of stability so that they can begin to master their strengths as a servant leader who will continuously multiply others into their own authenticity.
The pinnacle of servant leadership is to be a multiplier who, being whole within themselves, creates success in others. When we try to reach a pinnacle that is only about ourselves, we leave the door open for others to diminish us. However, when it is about the collective, they won’t be able to assail you, the individual, because it was never about you. You will be defined not by what you have done, but by how you have multiplied forward, and how many leaders you have inspired within the collective evolution of humanity.
