That is exactly what you need to do in order to assure that your customers are receiving the same level of excellent service that you would provide yourself. For example, if after every need customer purchases you personally call them to assure that they are satisfied with their purchase, then make that a part of your company’s sales process.

As I am working with my coaching clients, I often find that they have a tendency to assume that employees will automatically behave in the same way as they (the CEO) would. This is generally not the case, not only because they don’t have the same vested interested in the business success. But also because they may never have learned to do some or all of the things you would do.

So what are you to do…in order to get them to provide that high touch-high quality service your clients want and need.

CLONE yourself. C.L.O.N.E. clear line of never ending service.

Take the time to write out the entire process of how do you service a customer from start to finish. From the initial contact as a lead, to prospect, to customer and beyond.

Cloning is the method you can use to really defined your business model and your unique value proposition. What is that you or your company do that is unique and valuable to your customers. As a business owner, you may or may not be aware of what exactly do you do that keeps your customers coming back to you. Especially, if you offer a product or service that is readily available from other suppliers. But, if you have customers who would willing bypass your competitors then you have something that they value. In our next issue we will talk more about UVP unique value propositions.

Suffice to say you need to know what yours is in order to CLONE yourself.

To take it a step further, when cloning or creating a identical copy, you must define the steps used to deliver the unique value proposition (UVP) and then and only then will you be able to replicate the your work, your service and your output.

If you are wondering what business clone looks like…go Mc Donalds in any city USA and you will see cloning at it’s finest. McDonalds clones teenagers, millennials, Baby Boomers and Gen Xers to produce the McDonald UVP each and every time.

So do you have a method to CLONE yourself in your business? If you would like to learn how to create a CLONE in your business email me sakira@drsakira.com or call 73-491-1028 to learn more.
